The tv program (national geographic channel, animal planet or discovery) showed this long haired man who had as a theory, that if he dived to the sharks showing only love and no fear, they would do no harm. This he did successfully, whereafter other divers did the same – riding ‘piggyback’ hanging on to the sharks fins etc.
